Haley Hogan is a performance artist and writer. She is interested in issues of female sexuality, body image, and the mediation of modern technology in relationships. She studied creative writing and art history at Yale, with a focus on the history of decorative arts and architecture. Her senior thesis, Slim Aarons, The Jet Set, & The Indifferent Body, discusses the postwar society photographer, Slim Aarons, in the context of the Early Renaissance paintings of Pieter Bruegel.

Raised in New England, she is based in New York City and is a bartender, teen blogger, and personal assistant. Most recently, Haley wrote a chick lit novel and is currently seeking a literary agent.
